Join our dynamic Rapport team as a Facilities Co-ordinator. You will be based at a prestigious fashion company in the heart of London. This role combines reception duties with facilities management. As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will work closely with a small team of two to provide excellent guest experiences while ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5:30 PM)

Salary: £24,989 per annum

Main responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily reception operations and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Managing the facilities duties, including maintenance and supplies.
  • Managing and booking meeting rooms.
  • Organising and managing the mail room.
  • Responding to any help desk tickets, ensuring prioritisation is kept in mind.
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers for facility needs.
  • Assisting retail stores with training and admin.
