We’re looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to manage a multi-site, multi-service portfolio across Kent and the South Coast in our Senior Living contract. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead from the front - developing teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service standards across a diverse operational environment.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop multi-site teams, driving high performance, engagement, and retention
  • Take full ownership of multiple P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance across your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensure all services meet regulatory, health & safety, and compliance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency across multiple service lines
  • Use data and insight (including Power BI) to identify growth opportunities and improve margins
  • Oversee estates, maintenance, and third-party service providers

  • Proven senior management experience within FM, healthcare, catering, or multi-service operations
  • Strong track record managing multi-site portfolios and complex service delivery
  • Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical capability
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working across a regional remit
  • Full UK driving licence
