We’re now looking for a Lead Data & Insight Analyst to join our growing Analytics team, playing a key role in shaping how data and insight drive decision‑making across the business.

The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining advanced analytics with team leadership. You’ll take ownership of key insight delivery, lead a small team of analysts, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into meaningful commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI models, dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities
  • Build and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to shape data pipelines
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts
  • Work closely with senior leaders and business functions to deliver insight‑led solutions
  • Present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in data science, analytics or business intelligence (typically 10+ years)
  • Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Redshift, Databricks or similar
  • Proven track record in building impactful data visualisations (Power BI or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics and machine learning
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
