Choose when you work and gain experience across different venues, teams and environments. Opportunities include ad-hoc, one-off and ongoing casual shifts.
Most Cheltenham opportunities operate Monday–Friday.
The Role
- Prepare high-quality coffee, drinks and food
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain excellent hygiene and presentation standards
- Use bean-to-cup and other brewing equipment
- Work confidently across different venues and teams
- Support smooth day-to-day service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Barista experience is essential
- Bean-to-cup experience
- Reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable
- Excellent communication and timekeeping
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
