About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation at ExxonMobile in Fife. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of catering staff

About You
- Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior catering role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
- Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
- Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
