Monday - Friday 6.30am - 2.30pm

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team in the Newbridge area of Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the onsite catering team
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the modern kitchen and front of house environment
  • Ensuring the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly bookwork and reports
  • Stock taking and ordering

About You

  • Previous chef manager background required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of key stakeholders.
  • Flexible in approach to their working hours and environment
  • Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
  • To take pride in your work and be flexible to support all services on site.
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and service delivery
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage and work as efficiently as possible.
  • Self-reliant with the drive and determination to succeed and achieve high personal standards.
