As a Catering Assistant, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of catering services by ensuring food service areas are prepared, maintained, and operated to the highest standards. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, supporting stock management, and contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare Front of House and service areas for daily operations, ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Assist with food and beverage service while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Accept and check deliveries, including carrying out temperature and quality checks.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
