We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team in Cardiff.

Location: Cardiff

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts on a rota basis but generally 7:00am - 15:30pm

Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invent and create menus that align with client and customer needs
  • Produce food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service for customers
  • Enjoy the food produced and ensure it is ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • Assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • Communicate requirements for planned menus to relevant parties and order necessary ingredients
