We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to join our team in Cambridge.
Location: Cambridge, CB2 0RE
Rate of Pay: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
- Looking after a team of 4
- Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all events and operations
- Providing guidance, support, and leadership to the catering team, ensuring high standards of service and performance
- Overseeing food and beverage ordering, storage, and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources
- Managing the catering for up to 200 covers at site
