We are seeking an organized and proactive Allocations & Helpdesk Supervisor to join our Medirest healthcare team at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the allocations and helpdesk function, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and to a high standard. You will play a key role in supporting facilities management operations, coordinating workloads and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise allocations and helpdesk activities to ensure smooth daily operations
