We’re looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
Location: Edinburgh EH8
Salary: £15.43ph
Working Patterns: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee our retail space.
- Manage a small team of two.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Barista skills.
- Strong background in either contract catering or restaurants.
- Good knowledge of health and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Observing safety and hygiene legislation.
- Ensure that all stock is monitored and handled correctly.
