We’re looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.

Location: Edinburgh EH8

Salary: £15.43ph

Working Patterns: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our retail space.
  • Manage a small team of two.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Barista skills.
  • Strong background in either contract catering or restaurants.
  • Good knowledge of health and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Observing safety and hygiene legislation.
  • Ensure that all stock is monitored and handled correctly.
