We're looking for a Business Director to lead strategy, commercial performance and client partnerships across a portfolio of major sport, entertainment and event venues. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape growth, inspire high-performing teams and drive exceptional results.
About the Role...
As Business Director, you'll set the direction for the region, driving commercial growth, strengthening client relationships and ensuring outstanding operational delivery.
You’ll act as Levy’s senior leader across your venues, working closely with clients, stakeholders and venue teams to deliver ambitious growth plans, create value and enhance guest experiences.
This role requires a commercially focused leader who can think strategically, influence at senior level and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.

What We’re Looking For...
- Senior leadership experience in hospitality, events, sport or leisure environments
- A proven track record of delivering commercial growth
- Strong financial and strategic expertise with P&L ownership
- The ability to influence at senior stakeholder and board level
- Experience leading multiple sites, venues or complex partnerships
