Burnley FC is back in the Premier League — and it’s an exciting time to be part of the action! Constellation, part of Compass Group, is looking for experienced waiting staff to join our hospitality team!

- Deliver first-class hospitality service to our guests in premium boxes, restaurants, and lounges.
- Use iPads to take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with bar staff to ensure smooth, timely drink service.
- Support bar operations when needed (bar experience preferred).
- Previous experience as waiting or bar staff (hospitality experience essential).
- Confidence and professionalism when dealing with guests.
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology (iPads for orders).
- All job roles require you to be able to handle alcohol.
- Experience in large-scale venues is an advantage, but not essential — enthusiasm and great service matter most!
This is a zero-hour contract. While this role is based at Burnley FC, Constellation optimises schedules across over 5,000 venues nationwide, so you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts that suit you.
