Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (shift-based rota)
Requirement: 24/7 operation, 7 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave with a positive experience
- Deliver efficient, friendly, and personalized customer service
- Develop strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend options
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and handling compliance
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations as required
- Assist the wider team with additional duties when needed
