Constellation are recruiting a receptionist to work in a leading provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions, delivering exceptional service to businesses and drivers alike. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Bristol office.

Employment Type: Casual Contract – Average Mon-Fri

Salary: £15.53

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will provide a professional front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through administrative and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure all visitors comply with site procedures.
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate meeting schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, scanning, and record management.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments.
  • Support facilities management activities and liaise with external suppliers where necessary.
  • Process general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with employee onboarding administration and visitor arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:
