40 hours per week, 5 days of 7, weekends included. We're looking for a dedicated Café Supervisor to join our dynamic teams across two iconic Bristol venues: City Hall and Library.
Key responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervising staff during shifts, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
- Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer experiences by handling queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Operational Oversight: Managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring the café is clean, safe, and well-presented.
- Training & Development: Supporting onboarding and training of new team members, especially in service standards and product knowledge.
- Cash Handling: Overseeing till operations, reconciling cash, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensuring health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies are followed at all times.
