We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to support the smooth running of operations at Brighton College.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide essential support across HR, finance, procurement, and compliance activities.
- Prepare daily allergen sheets in line with medical diet procedures.
- Produce relevant guest‑facing media and materials for all food items & marketing materials.
- Update booking systems and internal databases.
- Manage and maintain employee personnel files.
- Follow KCSIE Recruitment process in line with client expectations.
- Provide support to the culinary & front‑of‑house teams.
- Organise and monitor compliance documentation relating to: Health & Safety, Food Safety, Training records, Matrix monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- An understanding of finance and accounting principles (desirable).
