We're looking for confident, experienced leaders who thrive in a fast-paced stadium environment and know what it takes to keep retail operations running smoothly on matchdays.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading one or multiple retail kiosks during matchdays.
- Managing, motivating and supporting kiosk staff throughout service.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Supervising cash handling and till operations.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring kiosks remain well stocked.
- Managing queues and maintaining efficient service during busy periods.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensuring all company and unit policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
- Acting as the first point of contact for your team and resolving any operational issues on the day.
What we're looking for:
- You must be aged 18 or over.
- Comfortable working with and overseeing the sale of alcohol.
- Previous experience working in a stadium retail kiosk is essential.
- Good knowledge of stadium retail operations and matchday service.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to remain calm and make decisions in a busy, high-pressure environment.
This is a Matchday Position. Availability for the following fixtures is essential: Friday 31st July, Saturday 22nd August, and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
