Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Tailor service approaches to suit a range of hospitality packages, audiences, and event types. Drive a culture where exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Financial Management: Manage hospitality budgets covering labour, stock, equipment, and operational expenditure. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Produce accurate reporting and support commercial decision‑making.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance. Ensure all venue and company policies are adhered to at all times. Promote a safe working environment for colleagues, guests, and contractors.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and event stakeholders. Build strong working relationships that enhance service delivery and long‑term partnerships. Ensure client expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post‑event reviews to identify successes and opportunities for enhancement. Stay ahead of hospitality trends, emerging technologies, and guest experience innovations. Contribute ideas that elevate the Club's hospitality offering and support business growth.
