Are you ready to lead strategic delivery and governance at the highest level? We’re looking for an exceptional leader to join our Government Services division as Head of Strategic Delivery & Governance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence, driving innovation, and ensuring sustainable growth across our Government portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic delivery and governance agenda, ensuring contracts perform optimally and align with Government strategy.
- Develop and implement robust delivery plans with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and deliver continuous improvements in processes, policies, and tools.
- Champion commercial best practices and innovation to drive organic growth.
- Act as the primary contact for strategic projects, managing end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistency and engagement.
- Drive adoption and certification of ISO44001 Collaborative Working Relationships, liaising with industry bodies and chairing the Collaborative Working Steering Group.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in Business Operations or Business Analysis, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and commercial strategy.
- Familiarity with budgeting, P&L management, and Soft FM service delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in matrix organisations and leading change initiatives.
Desirable:
- Expertise in Business Process Modelling (BPMN).
- Professional development in BCS Business Analysis Diploma, Six Sigma, or equivalent is desirable.
- Practitioner-level experience in Collaborative Business Relationships.
