Join Constellation, part of the Levy UK family, as a Hospitality Manager at Aston Villa FC and help deliver exceptional experiences for thousands of guests on every matchday.

We're looking for passionate and experienced Front of House Hospitality Managers who can lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver first-class hospitality across our premium lounges, restaurants, executive boxes, and hospitality suites.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading front of house hospitality operations across matchdays and stadium events.
  • Managing, motivating and supporting teams of waiters, runners, supervisors and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Leading an array of hospitality service styles, including fine dining, à la carte restaurant service, buffets, bowl food, canapé receptions and premium lounge hospitality.
  • Working closely with chefs, operational managers and wider hospitality teams to ensure seamless service throughout the day.
  • Managing staffing levels, service standards and operational performance across multiple hospitality areas.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, presentation and guest service.
  • Ensuring all company policies are followed, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for

  • You must be aged 18 or over.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a hospitality management role.
  • Previous experience managing hospitality operations within a stadium, arena, hotel or premium hospitality venue.

Essential

Experience working within a fine dining environment.

  • Proven experience leading teams of waiters, runners and front of house hospitality staff.
  • A thorough understanding of multiple hospitality service styles, including fine dining, à la carte service, buffets, bowl food, canapé service, corporate hospitality and premium lounges.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, make decisions and lead teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work throughout the Aston Villa FC season, alongside other exciting events where available.

Availability for Aston Villa's home fixtures is essential.
