Requirements:
- Over 18 due to the nature of the role and working hours.
- Available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role.
- Able to stay calm and focused during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
- Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring good quality and presentation.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels and restock when necessary.
- Always maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Role and shift details:
- Roles start at £13.85 per hour, with the potential to progress to Team Leader based on experience and performance.
- CSA roles are offered on casual worker contracts, providing flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and weekly pay.
- Please note that set hours are not guaranteed.
- Must be available on weekends (confirmed at the interview) and flexible for both daytime and evening shifts.
- Shifts run Monday–Sunday, with hours varying between 11:00 am and 2:00 am.
