Requirements:

  • Over 18 due to the nature of the role and working hours.
  • Available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role.
  • Able to stay calm and focused during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring good quality and presentation.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor stock levels and restock when necessary.
  • Always maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Support the Team Leaders with additional tasks as required.

Role and shift details:

  • Roles start at £13.85 per hour, with the potential to progress to Team Leader based on experience and performance.
  • CSA roles are offered on casual worker contracts, providing flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and weekly pay.
  • Please note that set hours are not guaranteed.
  • Must be available on weekends (confirmed at the interview) and flexible for both daytime and evening shifts.
  • Shifts run Monday–Sunday, with hours varying between 11:00 am and 2:00 am.
