What's in Store for You:
- Lead the Team: Manage a team of 1-20 staff, making sure everything runs smoothly, from set-up to finish. Your leadership will set the tone for a fantastic experience!
- Stock Management: Keep track of inventory, reduce waste, and ensure we’re stocked and ready for each event.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
- Maintain Quality: Uphold high standards for beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Compliance: Ensure your team is trained on health and safety regulations, licensing, and Challenge 25 protocols.
- Collaborate: Work with festival organizers to ensure smooth coordination, bar performance, and overall event success.
- Foster Team Spirit: Build a motivated and positive work environment where everyone thrives.
What we’re Looking For:
- Experience in bar management or hospitality - bonus if you’ve worked at festivals or large-scale events!
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to different bar setups and fast-paced event environments.
- Knowledge of stock management, customer service, and licensing regulations.
- Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
- Must be able to make your own way to and from, as late as 23.00pm/00.00am, each Venue (British Summertime, Hyde Park & All Points East, Victoria Park).
