We are recruiting for an AV Support Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day. This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport and create strong relationships with guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM; with flexibility as per business needs)

Salary: £33,700 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to employees, clients and visitors, ensuring a positive user experience at all times.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Audio Visual (AV) and IT support across meeting rooms, event spaces and workplace technology services.
  • Provide white glove support for VIP meetings, executive events and business-critical presentations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV and IT issues, including meeting room technology, laptops, peripherals, user accounts and software applications.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of over 200 meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring technology is fully operational and ready for use.
  • Assist with equipment deployments, asset management, system upgrades and the onboarding of new technologies.
  • Deliver user guidance and training, translating technical information into clear and practical support for customers.
  • Work closely with internal technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and user experience.
