ASDA Cafe Manager - Dyce
£28,870 per annum / 40 hours per week
We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Dyce. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.
As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front‑of‑house team
- Ensure smooth daily operations across the café
- Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
- Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand
- Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales
- Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best
About You
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience managing teams in a café, retail, or catering environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage financials, stock, and performance targets
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable)
- A motivated, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
