We are currently recruiting for an Area Development & Support Chef to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide relief chef cover across sites within the Northern region, including covering Chef Manager and Head Chef absences.
  • Support and develop site teams, coaching colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Help sites enhance and develop their food offer in line with Gather & Gather brand standards.
  • Invent and create menus that meet client and customer needs.
  • Produce food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure all food is presented to a high standard and is "picture perfect" every time.
  • Assist in developing and introducing new food concepts and service styles.
  • Communicate menu requirements and order ingredients as required.
  • Support operational teams during mobilisations, staff shortages, and busy periods.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across all sites.
