About the Role

We are recruiting an Apprentice Hospitality Supervisor to support and assist in the efficient operations of our live events, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Support: Assist in the smooth running of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and organisation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Support stock checks, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle inquiries or complaints.
  • Service Standards: Monitor dining area, maintain cleanliness, gather feedback, and contribute to improvements.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support bar and restaurant staff during shifts, providing guidance as needed.
