Eurest is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated NightCatering Supervisor to join our food-focused team at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull

Your key responsibilities will include:

Prepare fresh, delicious food to the highest standards, with care and creativity.

Supervise culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure outstanding food and service delivery every day.

Communicate regularly with your line manager to help monitor performance, meet KPIs, and hit targets.

Represent Eurest with professionalism, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.

Act as the link between our customers and the catering teams to help us consistently exceed expectations.

Lead, support, and train team members β€” championing growth and encouraging excellence from everyone.

Monitor and implement Health & Safety and food safety procedures, ensuring full compliance across the board.

Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:

A passion for delicious food and exceptional service.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a catering or hospitality setting.

Proven experience managing or supervising a team in a fast-paced food environment.

A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) or willingness to obtain one.

A driven, proactive attitude – someone who leads from the front and is always looking to develop themselves and others.
