We are looking for a Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our Rapport team, based in the City of London.You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

Type of contract:Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday)

Main responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for our hosts, bookers, and guests
- Providing a warm and informative welcome, introducing the area and facilities available to key stakeholders
- Assisting with the coordination and production of all assigned meetings and events
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of all aspects for an event
- Taking ownership for each event from the initial enquiry, availability, and dairy management, through to the delivery and follow-up of all bookings
- Working in partnership with all other service providers to develop and deliver events successfully
- Overseeing the day-to-day event management for all event activity
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally, have a minimum of two years of reservations and event organisation experience, with great understanding of event space setup styles
- Be proficient in business administration, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Have excellent interpersonal skills on all levels
- Be able to work both independently, and in a team environment
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills
