Your Role:
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents\’ needs
- Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Engage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)
BasicIT skills, including familiarity with email systems, Microsoft Office, and other similar programmes.
Excellentteam management and organisational skills
Knowledge offood safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
A caring and compassionate approach to food service
Our ideal ChefManager will:
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
