Schedule: Full‑time with days and hours varying; includes mid‑shifts and nights.

Requirements: Prior experience leading a team, working in a kitchen environment, and managing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service with a focus on detail.
- Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverage items to meet company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, HACCP and OSHA guidelines, and portion control.
- Assist in menu planning.
- Ensure timely, efficient meal service and supervise meal serving.
- Respond to customer complaints in person or via email.
- Train employees, assign duties, coordinate schedules, and promote efficiency and excellence.
- Determine work procedures, create schedules, and smooth workflow.
- Develop and enforce a sanitation schedule for kitchen and dining areas and equipment cleaning.
- Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers and colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
