Use your technical skills and training to solve problems across a variety of manufacturing industries, including but not limited to food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, protective fabrics, and many others? Make an immediate impact, helping client teams implement real improvements in manufacturing processes within your first month of work? Receive tailored development coaching from day 1, in an organization that values helping you grow your skills as quickly as possible?
Chartwell consultants embed ourselves at client sites Monday - Thursday to work with client teams to deliver step-change improvements in performance. This means spending time on the shop floor rather than just behind a computer, as well as working with people and machines to figure out what the real problems are – and how you’re going to fix them.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field

- Willingness to travel to client sites Mon - Thurs of each week, and attend meetings in London 2 Fridays per month
- Right to work in both the UK and EU is not essential but may be an advantage depending on project needs
