About the Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial professional to establish and grow Chartwell’s presence in the UAE. This is not just a role — it’s a chance to build an arm of the business within an internationally recognised brand.
As our UAE Speaker & Talent Agent, you’ll enjoy the independence to shape and lead your own office, while leveraging the expertise, systems, and reputation of a global bureau.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Chartwell’s UAE business development strategy
- Identify, secure, and manage high-value speaking engagements and appearances
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies across the Middle East
- Represent and promote internationally renowned speakers to regional and global audiences
- Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal through to contracts and delivery
Who We’re Looking For:
- A proven dealmaker with success in speaker bureaus, talent agencies, or premium event sales
- A strong existing UAE and GCC network across corporate, media, or event sectors
- A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to operate independently
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage)
- A mindset focused on growth, performance, and impact
