Are you a skilled Vehicle Software Flashing Engineer or Automotive Technician with a passion for innovation?
PDSL is looking for a motivated professional to join our client’s premium automotive environment in the West Midlands.
This role offers a unique blend of ECU flashing, diagnostics, and hands‑on vehicle build activities.
You will work on prototype and development vehicles, carrying out software updates, module flashing, and electrical system access with precision and care.
Your expertise in CAN, LIN, and diagnostic tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and DTS Monaco will be essential to succeed.
Ideal candidates will have experience in automotive troubleshooting, ECU replacement, wiring, and prototype build processes, preferably within luxury brands like Aston Martin, JLR, Bentley, or Mc Laren.
Your strong technical skills, combined with an organised, collaborative approach, will ensure the seamless deployment of software and hardware configurations.
