Join our client in Solihull as a Senior Wind Noise & NVH Engineer in a dynamic and fast-paced automotive environment.As a key contributor, you\’ll monitor and minimise wind noise variability on current production lines, ensuring vehicle quality aligns with customer expectations.

In this role, you\’ll serve as the in-plant voice of the customer for wind noise attributes, performing root cause analysis and driving issues to resolution. You\’ll collaborate with aeroacoustics teams to understand future product requirements and conduct assessments through objective measurements and subjective evaluations. Flexibility across sites such as Gaydon, Coventry, Solihull, and Halewood is essential.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in automotive plant quality roles, applying problem-solving methodologies like six sigma and 8D. Full driving licence and expertise in vehicle testing, NVH measurement, and attribute analysis are crucial.
