We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join a dynamic, collaborative team committed to delivering high-value outcomes within a complex technological environment. In this role, you will facilitate a self-organising, cross-functional team, ensuring smooth Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
You will guide the team through sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, removing blockers and promoting open communication. Your coaching will support effective backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and the creation of innovative, high-quality products.
