Join our innovative team at JLR as an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer, where your expertise will shape the future of vehicle production. You’ll be instrumental during the strategy phase of new vehicle development, supporting the delivery of programme timings, HPC targets, and efficiency improvements through expert application of industrial engineering principles.
Work on assembly operations, process planning, and method study, leveraging lean manufacturing, Design for Assembly (DFA), and work measurement techniques to optimise both people and facilities. Your skills in data analysis, KPI reporting, and process authoring tools will ensure continuous improvement and best practice integration across production lines.
Manage projects with limited supervision, delivering impactful solutions that enhance productivity and operational excellence. Your experience with GSPAS, APT, or similar tools will be an asset in refining manufacturing systems and processes.
