We are seeking a System Integration Lead Engineer to join our clients Central Systems Integration Team, supporting innovative vehicle programmes for premium automotive clients such as Jaguar Land Rover. In this role, you will oversee the integration of customer features within the systems design lifecycle, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration from requirements to test execution.

Your expertise will drive the maturation and successful delivery of features into current and future vehicle programmes, maintaining clarity across teams using Agile methodologies, JIRA, and the Mainline Integration Plan (MIP). Your technical proficiency with diagnostics tools such as CANalyser and Wireshark will be essential to managing hardware and software integration, especially within electrical and mechatronic systems.

You’ll lead cross-disciplinary teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely delivery of features in line with programme gateways. If you have a strong background in system architecture, requirements specification, and cross-functional project management in an automotive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
