This pivotal role involves managing complex vehicle programmes’ release activities, working closely with Programme Managers, Chief Engineers, and cross-functional teams. You’ll lead release meetings, ensure timely concern resolutions, and drive efficient processes using Celonis, WERS, and iCREATE platforms. Your expertise in project and change management within a multi-year automotive OEM environment, coupled with strong process improvement skills (8D, SIPPE, PR-AIMS), will be essential.

Proficiency in Excel, macros, and VBA is required to maintain trackers, metrics, and reporting accuracy. You’ll act as an SME for SQUAD releases, supporting programme deadlines and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
