Employee Relations Operations Consultant , delivering vital absence management support within a dynamic manufacturing environment in the West Midlands.

This role offers a hybrid working structure, initially five days in-office during training, with flexibility thereafter.

You will be instrumental in resolving complex absence cases, supporting line managers with investigations, and promoting wellbeing initiatives such as Employee Assistance Programmes and occupational health collaborations.

Your coaching and advisory skills will ensure managers are equipped to handle attendance challenges effectively, driving operational performance improvements.
