Join our clients team as an Axle Integration Engineer and play a vital role in shaping the future of automotive suspension and chassis design. Working closely with the Axle Function & Integration Chapter, you will support the development of innovative suspension concepts and CAD geometries, ensuring timely delivery across multiple vehicle platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating suspension layout studies
- Checking packaging and kinematics
- Generating datasheets for hard points and other chassis components
- Supporting design verification plans
Collaboration with various departments to incorporate best practice designs and resolve package or geometry issues will be fundamental to your success. Ideal candidates will have experience with CAD tools such as CATIA V5/V6 or 3DX, a good understanding of DVP processes, and familiarity with vehicle packaging, suspension geometry, and dynamic envelopes.
