Join our client as a Change & Communications Analyst for the CEX Unity programme, a pivotal role supporting the seamless integration of four teams within Gaydon or remotely. You’ll develop and deliver engaging internal communications, harness change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and tailored engagement plans to foster understanding and buy‑in.

Your expertise will guide business readiness checks and coordinate dynamic activities like workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions, ensuring all voices are heard. Ideal candidates will bring solid experience in change management and internal communications within transformation projects, with sharp storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, and email platforms is essential, alongside a strong understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles.   • Qualifying Questions (All must be TRUE to progress)
  • I have conducted change impact assessments and segmented audiences by role, function, and geography to tailor messages and interventions.
  • I have authored a communications strategy and calendar for a multi‑team initiative, selecting channels (e.g., town halls, Yammer/Viva Engage, email, SharePoint, intranet, MS Teams) based on audience needs and message type.
  • I have facilitated stakeholder workshops or listening sessions across multiple functions/regions to surface risks, validate messages, and co‑create plans.
  • I have coached sponsors/leaders on messaging, produced leader talking points, and prepped them for rollouts.
