Role Description

The Office, Finance & Bookkeeping Administrator is responsible for the professional and efficient operation of the Chartridge Park office, including resident liaison, site administration, statutory price adjustment processes, and full bookkeeping duties.

This role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with accounting procedures, timely sales and purchase ledger management, and high-quality service to residents, contractors, suppliers and Directors.

This role has no governance or Board/Company Secretary responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experienced bookkeeper with strong sales/purchase ledger and reconciliation skills.
  • Strong administrative background, ideally in property/estates.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to self-manage workload independently.
  • Knowledge of VAT submissions.
  • Experience managing CPI-linked rental/fee adjustments.
  • WordPress website experience.
