Charto Recruitment is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our small, autonomous team in Barnsley. You will own the full recruitment cycle from winning vacancies through to placing candidates in manufacturing, FMCG, food production and related sectors.
We expect you to develop new business, manage client relationships and headhunt passive candidates, while coordinating interviews and delivering results.
