We're a growing team of currently just 3 staff, and we're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us and help develop our permanent recruitment division. This is an opportunity to join a smaller, ambitious recruitment business where you'll have genuine autonomy, direct access to the business owner and the opportunity to build a desk that you can make your own. You'll be joining us to develop a predominantly permanent recruitment desk across manufacturing, FMCG, food and related sectors. The desk is not an established billing desk with a ready-made client portfolio, so we're looking for someone who is confident with business development. You'll have the support, job boards and tools needed to succeed, alongside the autonomy to develop your own client relationships and shape the direction of the desk. The Role Your focus will be predominantly permanent recruitment, working with businesses across manufacturing, FMCG, food production and related industries. We're looking for someone who understands these sectors and can confidently speak with hiring managers about their recruitment needs. You'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, from winning vacancies through to placing candidates. You'll also work alongside our existing Account Manager, who can provide support with client management and recruitment delivery when required, allowing you to maintain a strong focus on developing new business and growing your desk. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing new client relationships within manufacturing, FMCG, food and related sectors * Identifying and approaching prospective clients * Winning permanent vacancies * Developing existing client accounts * Understanding clients' businesses and recruitment requirements * Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates * Headhunting and approaching passive candidates * Screening and interviewing candidates * Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process * Arranging interviews and gathering feedback * Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements * Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates * Growing your own profitable permanent recruitment desk Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in speaking with recruiters who already have experience recruiting within sectors such as: * Manufacturing * FMCG * Food & beverage manufacturing * Engineering * Production * Supply chain & logistics * Technical and operational roles Previous recruitment experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food or a closely related sector is important for this position. You should also be comfortable operating a 360 recruitment desk, including business development. Experience recruiting for permanent positions and an existing network of candidates or client contacts within these sectors would be a significant advantage. Commission & Earning Potential Alongside a competitive basic salary, you'll receive an uncapped commission scheme with rates of up to 30%. Commission becomes payable once an agreed monthly billing threshold has been achieved, with the percentage increasing as your monthly billings grow. There is no maximum commission cap, so the more successful you are, the more you can earn.
