The Role

Our Club is seeking an experienced Swimming Coordinator to oversee and maintain safe, clean, and inviting swimming facilities. You will conduct swimming classes, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and responsibly. You will manage the swimming programme, including attendance records, recruiting and supervising freelance instructors, and ensuring compliance with the National Rescue Test and risk assessment procedures. You will assess swimmers' abilities, assign them to suitable classes, organise holiday Crash Courses, and issue certificates when goals are achieved. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for parents, responding to inquiries, managing feedback, and working closely with the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to maintain high standards and smooth team communication. Experience & Skills Required

  • Competitive swimming experience as coach desirable.
  • Lifeguard training and experience teaching swim lessons required.

Schedule

We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
