Responsibilities
- Active participation and vigilance regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Regularly maintaining contact with sellers and buyers on a weekly basis to ensure their needs are met.
- Facilitating communication among solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendors, and purchasers.
- Thoroughly verifying the transaction chain and adeptly resolving any issues that may arise.
- Diligently advancing sales processes to achieve successful completion.
