We're looking for a proactive Property Relationship Manager to join our Worthing team.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure properties remain legally compliant and maintained to a high standard.
- Handle tenancy notices, rent reviews, and day‑to‑day property management.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while managing multiple priorities.
- Carry out property inspections.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous experience within property management beneficial.
- Strong customer service background.
