Responsibilities
- Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
- Provide regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service background.
- Previous knowledge of the property market beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
